Whitevision Australia Pty Ltd Returns Policy


1. Return Eligibility

Products: Product returns are assessed at our discretion. Normally we do not accept returns on products (other than warranties) and will assess returns on a case by case basis.  

Non-Returnable Items: Customised, OEM and special-order products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

Request: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Shipping: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the return and replacement process.
